These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every member using the Crikes platform. By accessing the Crikes website, mobile app, or any related service, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Harassment or fraud targeting other members.

Crikes may suspend or terminate any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

If you wish to close your account

If you wish to close your own account, please contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests can be processed for a fixed period or permanently. Any verified balance may be withdrawn prior to closure (bonuses excluded).

Crikes treats your personal data with the utmost care. Any information we collect is used solely for service improvement, identity verification, and legal compliance.

Any dispute between Crikes and a member will first be addressed through our customer service team.

How to Submit a Dispute

1. First, report the issue via live chat or email.
2. Our support team will respond within 72 hours.
3. If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
4. Complaints may ultimately be submitted to the Curaçao eGaming authority.

In any dispute, Crikes's decision shall be considered final unless overruled by an external authority.

Crikes reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Notice will be sent to your registered email before any significant changes take effect.
• Updated terms will take effect 14 days after publication.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
